Meatball And Rice Casserole

  1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Shape into 18 meatballs (1 1/2-inch diameter).
  3. Brown in oil.
  4. Drain.
  5. Place in greased baking dish. Mix together rice, celery, green pepper, soup and water.
  6. Pour over meatballs.
  7. Bake 45 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake 5 minutes longer.
