Benihana Sake Martini

• 2 12 ounces gin or 2 12 ounces vodka
• 14 ounce sake
• 14 ounce Curacao

1. Chill your Martini glass with ice for approximately three minutes.
2. Pour all ingredients into an iced mixing glass.
3. Stir 30 times with a bar spoon, or shake ten times.
4. Pour the ice out of your Martini glass.
5. Strain into glass.
6. Serve.
