Pork in Ponzu and Mayonnaise
- 250 grams Thinly sliced pork (Belly is recommended. For bentos, offcuts are fine.)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp *Tubed garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp *Ponzu
- 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp *Sugar
- 1 Salt, pepper
- Thinly slice the onion, put it in a heatproof dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds.
- (500W).
- Cut the stems off the mushrooms.
- Combine the ingredients marked *.
- Spread sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the mushrooms and onions.
- When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ingredients marked * and fry over strong heat.
- Taste, and add salt and pepper if necessary.
- All done!
