Pork in Ponzu and Mayonnaise

  1. Thinly slice the onion, put it in a heatproof dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds.
  3. (500W).
  4. Cut the stems off the mushrooms.
  5. Combine the ingredients marked *.
  6. Spread sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork.
  7. When the meat is cooked through, add the mushrooms and onions.
  8. When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ingredients marked * and fry over strong heat.
  9. Taste, and add salt and pepper if necessary.
  10. All done!
