Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- Heat 1/2 c. butter, mix together with thawed hash brown potatoes, lowfat sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with crushed cornflake crumbs and melted butter.
- Put back in the oven and cook 15 min longer.
