Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Heat 1/2 c. butter, mix together with thawed hash brown potatoes, lowfat sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, pour into buttered casserole dish.
  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  3. Top with crushed cornflake crumbs and melted butter.
  4. Put back in the oven and cook 15 min longer.
