Sausage Potato Roll

  1. Cook sausage in skillet on low heat until done keeping it in the roll shape.
  2. While it is cooking make enough pastry for 1 1/2 pie crusts.
  3. Peel and boil potatoes.
  4. When potatoes are cooked drain and mash with butter and milk to taste.
  5. Roll out pie crust into a rectangle and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the pie crust and place the sausage into the center.
  7. Roll pastry and potato crust around the sausage, seal, prick with a fork and bake in a 375 oven until crust is golden brown.
  8. Serve with vegetable of choice, and/or salad.
