Wild Honeysuckle Orange Asian Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Distiller white vinegar
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Wild honeysuckle extract
- 1 tbsp Water
- Bring the chicken stock and orange juice to a simmer in a medium pot.
- Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Whisk together the cornstarch, honeysuckle extract and water till the consistency looks like milk.
- Slowly pour into the pot while whisking at the same time.
- Simmer till the sauce is thickened.
- Serve over fried or grilled meats and veggies.
