Sesame-Ginger Barbecued Chicken

  1. For sauce, in a small combine all of the ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer, covered, for three minutes.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Grill chicken on lightly-greased rack of uncovered grill directly over medium heat for 1215 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once and brushing once or twice with sauce during the last five minutes of grilling.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining sauce until bubbly to pour over chicken.
