Rolled sushi
- 2 cup Sushi rice
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avacado
- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 Wasabi sauce
- 4 Sushi wraps
- 1 cup Rice vinegar
- Make sushi rice (see recipe)
- Slice avacado, cucumber, and salmon into thin slices about 4 inches in length.
- Spread 1/2 cup of sushi rice onto seaweed wrap.
- Dip your fingers or your spoon in the rice vinegar to keep the rice from sticking.
- Lay enough of the fillings on the rice to spread from one side to the other.
- Roll tightly with either a bamboo mat or with just your hands.
