Lime and Jalapeno Cod

• 1 small jalapeno chile
• 1/2 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
• 1 recipe Mayo and Mustard Cod

1. Prepare Mayo and Mustard Cod, but in step 2, stir lime peel and jalapeno into mayonnaise mixture.
