Deliciously Easy Cheescake

  1. Crush digestive biscuits until smooth.
  2. Place into serving dish.
  3. Melt the butter but dont boil.
  4. Then pour onto biscuits.
  5. Mix biscuits so that melted butter has reached it all.
  6. Then flatten mixture evenly onto the pan.
  7. Cool in the fridge.
  8. Mix dream whip powder with a third of a cup of pineapple juice (from tin)
  9. Cut up two pineapple slices to tiny pieces.
  10. Add on philadelphia cheese, vanilla powder, creme caramel powder, gelatin, yoghurt and pineapple pieces.
  11. Mix together.
  12. Pour mixture onto the biscuit.
  13. Cool in the fridge.
  14. Add topping before serving by two hours and keep in the fridge.
  15. Enjoy!
