Vegetable Noodle Soup...
- 1 Stalk of celery (or one small bag of the dollar celery packs).
- 10 Organic Petite Carrots
- 1 cup of spiral noodles (preferably veggie Rotini)
- 4 small mini sweet bell peppers
- 1 48 ounces or 3lbs. of Swanson chicken broth
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 2 dash oregano
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Bring 48 ounces of broth, black pepper, garlic, parsley, and oregano to a boil
- Boil for about 5 minutes and then add noodles
- Cook noodles for about 8 minutes...stirring occasionally.
- Serve...Enjoy because it's delicious!!
