Dezzie's Peanut Butter Fluffy Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. creamy or possibly crunchy peanut butter
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Chocolate curls
- In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.
- Beat in peanut butter and slowly add in condensed lowfat milk, beating till smooth, by hand.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Mix in Cold Whip topping.
- Lightly pile into crust.
- Garnish with chocolate curls.
- Refrigerate2 hrs.
