  1. heat oil
  2. add butter and onions
  3. sweat onions w salt n pepper
  4. dice tomatoes n add to pot
  5. add garlic sliced thin
  6. when soft add lemons
  7. add the wine n cook off alcohol
  8. add water n bullion
  9. now ad the muscles n steam
  10. mix well n top w parsley
  11. if u like some spice 1/2 teaspoon of dried tie chili's
  12. serve w Texas toast or over pasta
