best muscles ever
- 4 1/2 lb muscles
- 3 1/2 lemon
- 1 onion
- 2 cup white wine
- 1 head garlic
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 2 large tomato
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp chicken bullion
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- heat oil
- add butter and onions
- sweat onions w salt n pepper
- dice tomatoes n add to pot
- add garlic sliced thin
- when soft add lemons
- add the wine n cook off alcohol
- add water n bullion
- now ad the muscles n steam
- mix well n top w parsley
- if u like some spice 1/2 teaspoon of dried tie chili's
- serve w Texas toast or over pasta
