Crispy Oven Baked Potatoes Recipe

• 3 c. cornflakes
• 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), melted

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Process cornflakes, cheese and spices in blender or food processor.
3. Dip potatoes in butter, then cornflake mix.
4. Place on a well-greased baking sheet.
5. Bake 20 to 25 min.
