Mushroom Swiss Burger
- 1 pound Ground Chuck
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 package (0.75 Oz. Package) Mushroom Gravy
- 1 jar (6 To 8 Oz. Jar) Mushrooms
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns
- Divide ground chuck in to 4 equal parts and shape into 1/4-pound hamburger patties.
- Season with Worcestershire sauce and lemon and pepper seasoning.
- Grill as desired.
- Meanwhile, mix package of gravy as directed.
- When thickened, add the jar of mushrooms and mix in.
- Take off heat and set aside.
- When burgers are grilled, assemble mushroom Swiss burger by adding cheese to the bun, the hamburger, cover with mushroom gravy, and then top with the other half of the bun.
- Enjoy.
