Sinful-Tasting Delicious Peanut Butter Mousse (Vegan, Gluten-Fre
- 1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu (i use firm, extra firm works too)
- 23 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 23 cup raw sugar (i use raw cane sugar or turbinado)
- 2 tablespoons soymilk (or any non-dairy milk)
- blend tofu with milk till smooth.
- add sugar, blend till super smooth.
- add peanut butter.
- blend till smooth.
- blend some more to whip some air into it to give at fluffly, mousse-like consistency.
- you can skip this to make this a pudding!
- tastes best after it has time to settle in the fridge for a couple hours.
