Herb and Vegetable Pasta Skillet
- 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
- 1 small yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. shredded fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- Cook and stir vegetables in 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on high heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add pasta, remaining dressing and herbs; cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in cheese.
