Healthy Miso Soup

  1. make dashi stock by adding dashi flakes to the water .
  2. bring to boil set aside to cool when flakes float to bottom discard.
  3. to make the soup.
  4. bring broth to boil.
  5. add mushrooms cook for one minute.
  6. reduce heat add miso.
  7. stir till dissolve.
  8. then stir in soy and add shrimp ans scallops.
  9. till cook
  10. serve 2 shrimp and 4 scallop to each person.
