Healthy Miso Soup
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup bonito flakes
- 3 tablespoons miso
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 16 small scallops
- 8 medium shrimp
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- make dashi stock by adding dashi flakes to the water .
- bring to boil set aside to cool when flakes float to bottom discard.
- to make the soup.
- bring broth to boil.
- add mushrooms cook for one minute.
- reduce heat add miso.
- stir till dissolve.
- then stir in soy and add shrimp ans scallops.
- till cook
- serve 2 shrimp and 4 scallop to each person.
