Cottage Cheese Bran Bread
- 13 cup water
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bread flour
- 13 cup wheat germ
- 13 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- Put enough "Fiber One" bran cereal into a mini food processor and process until it is a powder.
- Place all the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order given.
- Set machine on regular white bread setting.
- Bake.
- Yield: one large loaf.
