Barbequed Spare Rib Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 2/3 c. ketchup
• 1/3 c. apricot preserves
• 2 teaspoon chili pwdr

1. Mix all ingredients and spread on spareribs with pastry brush.
2. Grill.
