Meatloaf With Topping

  1. Blend together all the meatloaf ingredients until smooth.
  2. Shape into a loaf and place in a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mix together topping ingredients, except for the bacon.
  4. Pour over meatloaf.
  5. Lay bacon on top of meatloaf.
  6. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
