Shrimp, Crab And Corn Soup

  1. Saute bacon and onion; stir in corn and margarine.
  2. Cook until margarine melts.
  3. Add flour and stir well.
  4. Add stocks, oregano, pimento and pepper.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add shrimp, crab and half and half.
  7. Season with hot pepper sauce. Bring to boil.
  8. Adjust seasonings.
  9. Simmer 10 minutes.
  10. Makes 1/2 gallon.
