Lawry BurgersA Hamburger Steak in Disguise.
- 1 pound ground beef chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawrys Seasoned Salt
- Dash of hot sauce (or more, to taste)
- In a large bowl, combine the meat, onion, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoned salt, and hot sauce.
- Mix well and form into 4 patties.
- Place the patties in a large nonstick skillet, and cook over medium heat for 3 to 6 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
