Ham and Bean Soup

  1. Serves: 16.
  2. Prep.
  3. Time: 5:30.
  4. -Combine all ingredients in large pot; simmer over low heat for 4 hours.
  5. -Remove ham hocks from pot.
  6. Cut off meat.
  7. Return meat to pot.
  8. Discard bones and fat.
  9. -Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
  10. -Remove bay leaves from soup before serving.
