Triple Layer Sandwich Loaf
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash black pepper
- 3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, divided
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Virginia Brand Ham, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 unsliced bakery sandwich loaf (about 1 lb.)
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped watercress
- Combine eggs, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add 1/4 cup of the dressing; mix lightly.
- Combine ham, relish and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing; set aside.
- Use large serrated knife to cut off crusts from top and sides of bread; discard crusts or reserve for another use.
- Cut bread into four lengthwise slices.
- Spread bottom bread slice with half of the egg mixture; cover with second bread slice spread with ham mixture.
- Top with third bread slice spread with remaining egg mixture.
- Cover with remaining bread slice.
- Mix cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup dressing until well blended.
- Use to frost top and sides of sandwich loaf, starting on the sides; sprinkle top of loaf with half of the watercress.
- Garnish plate with remaining watercress.
- Cover loosely; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
