Triple Layer Sandwich Loaf

  1. Combine eggs, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Combine ham, relish and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing; set aside.
  4. Use large serrated knife to cut off crusts from top and sides of bread; discard crusts or reserve for another use.
  5. Cut bread into four lengthwise slices.
  6. Spread bottom bread slice with half of the egg mixture; cover with second bread slice spread with ham mixture.
  7. Top with third bread slice spread with remaining egg mixture.
  8. Cover with remaining bread slice.
  9. Mix cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup dressing until well blended.
  10. Use to frost top and sides of sandwich loaf, starting on the sides; sprinkle top of loaf with half of the watercress.
  11. Garnish plate with remaining watercress.
  12. Cover loosely; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
