Low-Fat Meat Spread
- 12 lb cooked beef, ham, chicken or 12 lb turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 12 cup red beans, cooked or 14 cup wheat germ
- 2 tablespoons low fat soy flour
- herb-seasoned salt, to taste (or other herb blends)
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Moisten as needed with ketchup, mustard or low fat salad dressing (I like Italian dressing).
