Auntie Dianes Oven BBQ Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 6 Pork Chops
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Cloves, Minced
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1 can Tomato Paste (5.5 Ounces)
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Each, Salt And Pepper
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Brown pork chops, and once both sides are browned, remove them to a casserole dish.
- Add onions into the frying pan, cook until soft over medium heat.
- Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over pork chops and bake 45-60 minutes.
