crock pot brisket

  1. Get crock pot and set for 9 hours (high 5 hours, low last 4 hours).
  2. Clean meat.
  3. Rub all spices on meat (both sides) and put in crock pot ( make sure u spary cooking spray all over so nothing sticks)
  4. Mix water and onion soup.
  5. Mix in cup and pour over meat.
  6. Pour whole bottle of cooking Sherry wine all over meat.
  7. Pour 1/2 cup of the ketchup and 1/2 cup a1 sauce to meat
  8. After the 9 hours enjoy.
