crock pot brisket
- 1 Brisket (what ever size you want)
- 1 bottle cooking wine (sherry)
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- 1/2 bottle ketchup
- 1/2 bottle A1 sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian season
- 2 cups water
- Get crock pot and set for 9 hours (high 5 hours, low last 4 hours).
- Clean meat.
- Rub all spices on meat (both sides) and put in crock pot ( make sure u spary cooking spray all over so nothing sticks)
- Mix water and onion soup.
- Mix in cup and pour over meat.
- Pour whole bottle of cooking Sherry wine all over meat.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the ketchup and 1/2 cup a1 sauce to meat
- After the 9 hours enjoy.
