Chikuwa Simmered in Mentsuyu

  1. Cut the chikuwa into desired sizes.
  2. In a pot, combine the mentsuyu, water, and sugar and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the chikuwa and simmer over low heat.
  4. It's done when the liquid completely cooks down.
