Beef and Vegetable Kabob

  1. Thread steak, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewer; place in shallow dish.
  2. Pour steak sauce over kabobs; marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Place kabobs on rack of grill over medium heat.
  5. Grill 10 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. Enjoy apple wedges dipped in caramel topping for dessert.
