Beef and Vegetable Kabob
- 3 oz. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup partially cookedpeeled potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets (1 inch)
- 1/4 cup orange sections
- 1 fl oz A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup hot cooked rice
- 1 medium apple
- 4 tsp. KRAFT Caramel Topping
- Thread steak, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewer; place in shallow dish.
- Pour steak sauce over kabobs; marinate 10 minutes.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place kabobs on rack of grill over medium heat.
- Grill 10 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
- Enjoy apple wedges dipped in caramel topping for dessert.
