White Chicken Chili
- 3 -4 chicken breasts, -cubed
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 24 ounces white navy beans
- 12 ounces chicken broth
- 34 cup colby
- 34 cup monterey jack cheese
- sour cream
- corn chips
- Add first five ingredients to crock pot and cook 6-7 hours low or 4-5 high.
- You dont have to cook the chicken first for this one.
- About half an hour before the chili is done add the cheese and stir it inches The already shredded Monterey Jack and Colby cheese works just fine.
- Top the chili with a scoop of sour cream and some chips.
