Fried Rice with Pineapple, Shrimp & Ham

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions, ham and chiles; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  4. Push mixture to edge of skillet.
  5. Add half of the shrimp to skillet, cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  6. Push to the edge of skillet.
  7. Add remaining shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  8. Add pineapple, peas, remaining dressing, rice and soy sauce; mix well.
  9. Cook 4 to 6 min.
  10. or until shrimp turn pink and mixture is heated through, stirring constantly.
  11. Stir in nuts; serve immediately.
