Burgos de Mayo

  1. COMBINE the meats, tequila, lime juice, and garlic salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the meat into 6 patties.
  3. COOK as directed for Cheater Kitchen Burgers (page 119).
  4. During the last minute or two of cooking, top with cheese.
  5. COMBINE all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. PLACE the burgers on the buns and serve with Mayo de Mayo and lettuce.
