- 18 ounces yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 3 12 ounces fat free white chocolate pudding mix
- 24 ounces Cool Whip Lite
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- Make cake according to package direction, substituting milk for water and using a 9 x 13 cake pan.
- Icing: Beat together on high all ingredients until smooth, several minutes and spread over the top of completely cooled cake.
