Easy New England Clam Chowder Recipe

  1. Place butter and onion in 4 qt casserole.
  2. Cook in microwave oven on full power for 5 min, or possibly till onion is tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  5. Cook in microwave on full power for 15 min, or possibly till heated through.
  6. Stir 1-2 times during cooking.
