Big, Healthy Breakfast Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Spoon out mixture onto cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Mash the mixture down to the form of a large cookie.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on how soft you like cookies).
  6. Enjoy!
