Bailey's Marbled Cheesecake

  1. Combine butter, sugar and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir in crumbs.
  3. Press evenly over bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool pan and grease sides.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually beat in sugar.
  7. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  8. Blend in Bailey s. Pour about 1/3 mixture into a bowland stir in melted chocolate.
  9. Pour half of plain mixture into prepared pan.
  10. Drizzle with half the chocolate mixture.
  11. Repeat layers.
  12. Make a marbled design by gently swirling batter with a knife.
  13. Bake 10 minutes at 450F, then 55 minutes at 250F.
