Seafood Linguine
- 300g wedges pumpkin, peeled and trimmed
- 220g tub KRAFT Prawn and Crab Dip or KRAFT* Smoked Salmon Dip
- 500g cooked linguine, kept warm
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and blanched
- 12 king prawns, peeled
- dill, to garnish
- salmon roe, optional, to garnish
- Boil/steam pumpkin until just tender.
- Stir Prawn and Crab or Smoked Salmon Dip through hot pasta.
- Fold through pumpkin, asparagus and prawns.
- Garnish with dill and salmon roe.
