The Best Cheesy Bacon & Egg Brunch Bake
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 3 cups cubed French bread (3/4 inch)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped red peppers
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
- Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir gently.
- Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Bake casserole 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
