Honey Thyme Squash Recipe

  1. In 3 qt saucepan bring 2 c. water to a boil.
  2. Add in squash.
  3. Cover; cook over medium heat till squash is fork tender.
  4. Drain, mash; set aside.
  5. In same saucepan heat butter.
  6. Stir in squash and remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till heated through.
  8. Yield: 4 (1/2 c.) servings.
