Kimchi Hotpot with Kimchi Stock

  1. Chop your selected vegetables.
  2. Make the soup by combining the ingredients listed under soup base.
  3. Then add any vegetables which take longer to cook (such as the stalk of napa cabbage or daikon radish).
  4. We use these in our family.
  5. Use kimchi stock.
  6. You can add miso if you like.
  7. When the first vegetable (the stalk and daikon radish) are almost cooked through, add the ingredients marked with a (miso and kimchi stock).
  8. I added chicken meatballs!
  9. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
  11. The vegetables and the meatballs are done.
  12. Then add the meat.
  13. Let's eat the meat!
  14. Done!
  15. I have to have rice with this dish!
