Steve's Chocolate Almond Marble Cheesecake

  1. Crust:.
  2. Blend crumbs and sugar.
  3. Fold in melted butter.
  4. Grease 10" spring-form pan.
  5. Press crust evenly on bottom and halfway up the sides.
  6. Filling:.
  7. Boil whipping cream.
  8. Stir in chocolate and almond extract.
  9. Set aside.
  10. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
  11. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

  14. Pour 1/4 of the filling into a smaller.

  17. Loosely fold chocolate mixture into remaining filling.
  18. Pour filling into crust.

  20. Bake at 350, for 40 mins., then turn oven off.
  21. Leave cake in oven for 1 hours DO NOT OPEN oven door.
  22. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
  23. Cover with almond slices, then serve.
