Steve's Chocolate Almond Marble Cheesecake
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 14 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate shavings or 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, shavings
- 34 cup whipping cream
- 1 (6 ounce) package sliced almonds
- Crust:.
- Blend crumbs and sugar.
- Fold in melted butter.
- Grease 10" spring-form pan.
- Press crust evenly on bottom and halfway up the sides.
- Filling:.
- Boil whipping cream.
- Stir in chocolate and almond extract.
- Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

- Pour 1/4 of the filling into a smaller.
