Potato Nachos

  1. peel, wash, and slice potatoes.
  2. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  3. you can season potatoes to your taste, I used butter, garlic salt, and parsley.
  4. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain excess grease.
  5. Again, season to your taste.
  6. I just used some seasoned salt
  7. Once meat and potatoes are cooked you are ready to assemble.
  8. Layer potatoes, meat, and cheese on a plate and top with sour cream and your favorite nacho ingredients (i.e.
  9. shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, jalapenos)
