Scalloped Corn
- 2 cups corn
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Cracker crumbs
- Use canned or fresh corn.
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk, cream, butter and seasoning.
- Turn into greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350F until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
