Scalloped Corn

  1. Use canned or fresh corn.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add milk, cream, butter and seasoning.
  4. Turn into greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350F until firm and browned on top, about 1 hour.
