Meatballs and brown gravy

  1. Mix 2 eggs and bread crumb in a bowl together with a fork
  2. Place ground meat in bowl with breadcrumbs and blend with fork and seasoning and mix well
  3. And chopped garlic and onion to mix
  4. shape mixture into balls and place in hot oil
  5. Brown balls in skillet on all sides.
  6. Shake skillet to easily coat balls.
  7. Put balls in a ovenproof dish preheat oven to 350F.
  8. Drain drippings from skillet used to brown balls, add flour to skillet and allow it to brown, pour in 2 cups of water while scraping the bottom of the pan.
  9. Pour gravy mixture over brown balls.
  10. Bait uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
