Meatballs and brown gravy
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 black pepper
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion minced
- 3 clove of garlic minced
- 1 salt
- 2 cup water
- Mix 2 eggs and bread crumb in a bowl together with a fork
- Place ground meat in bowl with breadcrumbs and blend with fork and seasoning and mix well
- And chopped garlic and onion to mix
- shape mixture into balls and place in hot oil
- Brown balls in skillet on all sides.
- Shake skillet to easily coat balls.
- Put balls in a ovenproof dish preheat oven to 350F.
- Drain drippings from skillet used to brown balls, add flour to skillet and allow it to brown, pour in 2 cups of water while scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Pour gravy mixture over brown balls.
- Bait uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
