Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole (Low Carb)
- 2 cup Chicken, cooked/diced
- 8 oz Broccoli, frozen
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1/4 cup Water, hot
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 oz Cheese, cheddar
- 4 each Bacon
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- Put chicken in bottom of greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add broccoli and salt and pepper again.
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
- In a small bowl, wisk together sour cream, mayo, bouillon mixture and garlic powder.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Top with cheese and sprinkle bacon on top.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
