Hot Swiss & Ham Dip
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Swiss Cheese, quartered
- 1/4 pound (about 1 cup) slice deli ham, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 32 whole wheat crackers
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except crackers in bowl.
- Spread onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch ovenproof shallow dish or pie pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
- Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
