Hot Swiss & Ham Dip

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except crackers in bowl.
  3. Spread onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch ovenproof shallow dish or pie pan.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
