Spinach Dip
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 package (1.4 Oz. Packet) Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, To Taste
- 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning To Taste
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Water Chestnuts, Chopped Fine
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 package Frozen Chopped Spinach (10 Oz.), Thawed And Drained Very Well
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Let set overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Can be served in a hollowed out loaf of bread or head of cabbage.
- Serve with crackers and/or carrots and celery.
