Cupid's Cherry Cheesecakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition.
  5. Spoon evenly into prepared muffins cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 30 min.
  7. Turn off oven; open oven door slightly.
  8. Let stand in oven 30 min.
  9. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  10. Top with pie filling.
  11. Refrigerate t least 1 hour before serving.
  12. Store leftover cheesecakes in refrigerator.
