Israeli Salad

  1. Pare cucumber, halve lengthwise, and discard seeds and center pulp.
  2. Dice cucumber flesh and measure 2 cups.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss until well mixed.
  4. Serve immediatly.
